Outpatient therapist accepting new clients.
In my office…
Science is trusted.
I rely on evidence-based practices to guide my treatments. I understand that therapy is quite the investment for some - financially, emotionally, and time-wise. Due to this, I want to make sure that I am using techniques that have been proven to be effective.
Everybody is welcome.
Everybody is welcome and supported in my office. I am here to help you, whomever that is that comes into my office.
You are valued.
You are valued in this space. Your voice, your experiences, your views, your thoughts. This is a safe space for you to be your authentic, natural self. This office is a space free of judgment or expectations.
NEW CLIENT CONSULTATIONS
Finding a therapist that is a good fit can be one of the hardest first steps of starting treatment. To respect the importance of a “good fit” between client and therapist, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for new clients. Please feel free to click “request an appointment” below and let me know you are interested in a consultation phone call.

Services and fees
I accept some common insurances, FSA/HSA, and private paying clients.
